Alya Farag is the founder and manager of Kleôm Advisory, bringing nearly 18 years of distinguished experience as corporate and commercial counsel across the GCC and MENA regions. Her practice is defined by an uncommon synthesis of legal precision and strategic foresight—advising high-net-worth families, founders, and institutions on matters where governance, legacy, and growth intersect.
Educated at Sorbonne Paris I and the College of Europe, Alya has served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer to single and multi-family offices, with complex portfolios spanning hospitality, real estate, and family enterprise. She established Kleôm Advisory to offer a new model of legal architecture—one that transcends traditional counsel to provide integrated advisory that anticipates evolution, protects legacy, and unlocks strategic advantage.
